Hello, my name is Paul Crick, I am an energy healer and the founder of the Gaia-Now Energy Healing modality.

Gaia-Now is a no nonsense, easy to receive and use energy healing modality, that is given freely to all who request an attunement to it.

It is very easy to use as there are no complicated rituals or symbols employed, it works simply and intuitively. Yet it can and often does have far reaching effects in both the lives of the people who choose to use it as well as the people they in turn choose to use it on.

One of the main benefits of the Gaia-Now energy modality is it helps people to move on from unresolved issues. Unresolved issues in our lives work as a block that effectively detracts us from living in the present, this in turn effectively stops us from achieving our true potentials.

There is no set format to the way the Gaia-Now energy modality does this, things just tend to either just become resolved so they are no longer an issue, or they are brought to a head in a positive way together with the relevant insight into how to deal with them, or changes happen in peoples lives to allow things to become resolved.

Healing is only one aspect to the Gaia-Now energy attunement. Another is its ability to help you to get back in touch with your I AM higher self, this is your true spiritual self. I am not talking religion here, for religion has little to do with true spirituality which comes from within. All of the answers are to be found within, this energy connection will help you to learn to look properly.

About Gaia-Now
I seem to have always been able to heal and had a natural empathy with those in discomfort, though it is only in the last decade or two that it has started to play a dominant role in my life.

I can remember trying to show people what I did when I healed. I would explain to them what to do, but I could not understand at that time why they could not do the same, to me it was like breathing, you just did it.

I then learned a few years ago that there are modalities that you can get attunements to. I decided that this would be a useful way to advance my own healings as well as helping others achieve a level of healing for themselves.

I have over the years received various attunements to quite a few of the energy healing modalities with mixed results. Some of the modalities where quite similar to my natural way of working that they felt right from the word go. Others that I have received needed a lot more adjustment to make them work, others I simply did not get on with and won't use them nor will I pass them onto others.

I had been badgering the energy BEings that non of what I had received resonated completely with me. Also there are quite a few gaps in the energy healing systems. It seemed to me that I needed something to either work on its own or to help make the other modalities seem more complete.

I got a response and started to receive something which felt right straight away early in 2003, but to say my channeling abilities leave a little to be desired, would be a bit of an understatement, I tend to receive things as concepts :-)

Spirit overcame my limitations by connecting me with someone at the other side of the world who is a better channel/communicator with Spirit. Sharron Brooks in Australia (website: www.chrysalislight.com), Hi Sharron.

I asked Sharron if she would like to receive this energy connection and she agreed, so without further ado I sent it of to Sharron with my energy guides to see if it felt all right to her, also to see if I could get a bit more information on what I was dealing with.

Sharron called in the energy attunement that I had sent her, my guides asked her, apparently quite insistently, if she could channel some information for me, which again she was in agreement with, thanks Sharron.

Sharron sent me this First channel on the 7th August 2003.

I AM Gaia…

I AM the selfsame essence that birthed the cosmos from the heart of eternity…
I contain within me ‘All’ that is of the Father/Mother essence, the God/Goddess of All that IS…

I AM known to you as the archetypal Mother, the feminine law of nature, for to your consciousness, you equate birth and nurturance with the feminine precept, therefore, my essence is perceived by your senses as only the feminine aspect of creation…
yet I AM so much more…

I AM both what you term the masculine/feminine principle...
the creator/created...
the being/doing of existence.

If you allow yourself to feel the ONEness of who I AM, you will feel affinity with the Whole of my BEing…
the I AM within All of creation…
the connectedness of Eternity.

The awareness of my love, my nurturance is yours in abundance,
if you will but only accept into your BEing, the truth of who you are…
a Sentient Sovereign Being of exquisite Light and Beauty.

I AM the Chalice from whence your Soul consciousness composed your physical life pattern.
The energetic signature of your Soul reverberated throughout the cosmos, signalling your desire to actualise into physical form…
Your breath of light entered my heart and I responded from within my essence of ONEness to your call…
merging my Light with your Light, we together composed around your unique melody, a tonal symphony of starlight, colour and sound, coalesced to bring your form into BEing…

I AM within you as you are within me… All that you are I AM also.

I AM Gaia

I must say it was quite a relief to receive positive confirmation that what I had received was actually from Spirit and not from my ego, I was reasonably positive it was but the confirmation was welcome all the same.

I had been calling in this attunement quite regularly and due to my experience with receiving other modalities, I was fully expecting it to come in a few levels.

It was at this time still unfolding so I called in what I thought was the second level attunement and sent it of to Sharron.

Once again Sharron responded with a channeling from Spirit, the second channel was sent on the 9th August 2003

I AM the Self-Realisation of ALL that IS…
I AM consciousness streams of living light weaving eternity's patterns through time and space…
I AM ALL that you see before you, and All that appears hidden within the cycles and rhythms of illusory time…

I AM genderless and neutral…
my creative spark of consciousness contains the formlessness of ALL awareness of BEing…

I AM incalculable and unbounded…
within my shimmering pool of Spiritual essence, dwells the birthplace of unlimited potential…
only humans self-impose a limit to realities existence…

I AM consciousness of ONEness… wholeness is my BEing…
it is only humanity that perceives me separate from the whole…

I AM Gaia

This expanded my understanding further of what I had received, but being a little single minded, I called in the third level attunement, this came in as usual but when I tried to send it to Sharron there was a problem.

It built up as normal, but it would not release. I gave up after a few goes and sent of an email to Sharron, explaining the problem I was having and did she have any ideas?

Sharron replied a few days later with the third channeling from Spirit, on the 16th August 2003

I AM Gaia…

I AM our BEing… interweaving gracefully and rhythmically a tonal symphony through our melody of light.

There are many expressions to our existence… most expressions appearing unknown until birthed forth into consciousnesses sphere of awareness…

Your essence echoed within the light filaments of our Infinite Spirit to Know ‘I AM’…
we answered your call and you became sensitive to our ONEness of BEing…
Knowingness birthed consciousness streams of living light coalescing into patterns, infinite and numberless…

You then verbalised for this conscious knowingness of ‘I AM’ to surface into your sensory system.
In order to comprehend this knowing, you compartmentalised our ONEness into separateness, giving identities to each expression of the three-fold flame of ‘I AM’ that you experienced…

You are the microcosm within the macrocosm, as are we.
Our BEing is living light…
our nature a bio-diversity of flora, fauna and elements.

You perceive each aspect as a part of, yet separate from the ‘whole’ of our BEing and intellectualised diversity of expression in order to conclude understanding.
By compartmentalising our BEing, you experience only a fraction of our total wholeness…
you then focus your consciousness through this perceived fraction of our BEing and your perceptual experiences are then coloured by this partial awareness of ‘I AM’…

Our Essence is not a fractionalised composition or single song…
Our Essence comprises a whole symphony, a complex sonata of starlight, colour and sound.

When transmitting/sharing our Essence of BEing with another, it is well to allow each individual ‘Self’ to encompass our Essence in its entirety as ‘ONE Unified Consciousness’, as did you…
Each individual ‘Self’ is then given without bias or partial awareness, an opportunity to call to remembrance, their own unique melody of starlight, colour and sound, the cosmic medium from whence their form birthed forth into BEing…

I AM Gaia

I might occasionally be a little slow on the uptake, but that got my attention, the penny finally dropped that there was only one attunement to this multi faceted energy modality, though it can take quite a while for it to unfold.

So that is how the multifaceted Gaia-Now energy modality came into existence, what I received works on both levels I had asked for, it will work well alongside other energy modalities, but also works well on its own. I called it Gaia-Now simply because the spiritual energy BEings behind the modality had declared themselves as Gaia, and it only works in the Now.

Attunement:
The Gaia-Now energy attunements are free to all that ask for it, that is the one stipulation that I place on this modality. It was given to me free of charge for the greater good of all, so you are free to receive it and you can pass it on to whoever asks you for it, but please do not charge them for the attunement.

Those who run Gaia-Now energy workshops can charge for their time when teaching, not for the Gaia-Now attunement. Some Gaia-Now energy workers charge for their time when applying this modality in healing sessions others do not, but they do not charge anyone for the attunement.

The Gaia-Now energy attunement comes from the Gaia-Now Energy BEings, they are the driving force behind the modality, they pass the attunement through the person giving it directly to the recipient, the person you ask for it is just the middle person, they work as a bridge between you and the energy BEings.

Attunement guidelines:
The first step is to contact either myself (Paul)... or Sharron or Jen (ChrysalisLight contact form), for the Gaia-Now energy attunement, you don't need to specify a time to receive it as this modality the same as all spiritual modalities works outside of physical time.

When you have received your reply and you are ready to call in your attunement please switch off your phone so you are not disturbed and sit in the reception position.

Just relax in a comfortable chair with your palms facing upward either on the arms of the chair or one on each thigh, if you are familiar with energy work then please do your normal meditations and call in your guides etc., if you are new to this then please take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax.

When you feel ready close your eyes and 'state your intention out loud' "I (Your full Name) give myself permission to receive the Gaia-Now energy attunement through (name of the person who is giving or sending it to you) from Spirit and my Higher Self". The attunement will begin so just relax and enjoy.

You will experience and sense whatever is right for you, everyone is unique and this is your experience, it will take as long as it takes but you should be aware of it finishing, when it is finished please thank yourself for the gift you have just given yourself.

Self-attunement-connection:
For those who already possess a strong energy connection, you can ask the Gaia-Now energy being directly for the attunement. Just sit in the reception position and relax as outlined above, call in your guides etc. and when you are ready, state your intention (think) "I (your name) give myself permission to release all negative Karma and ask Spirit and my Higher Self for the Gaia-Now energy attunement" just relax and enjoy.

If that does not work for you, simply ask someone to issue it for you, there could be a lesson in there, somewhere for you.

Gaia-Now meditation:
To help you get into a correct positive state of consciousness, which is helpful for working with the Gaia-Now energy modality I have released the Gaia-Now Meditation.

This meditation is pre-programmed so you don't have to work at it, all you need is a bit of time when you can relax comfortably without being disturbed.

To use the Gaia-Now Meditation, sit comfortably like you did to receive the Gaia-Now energy attunement, when you are ready close your eyes and think Gaia-Now Meditation, that is it really simple.

You will know when it is finished or you might fall asleep, that is not a problem, it happens to all of us, just try and do it as often as you can, it will help you to connect on a conscious level with your I AM Higher Self and the Gaia-Now energy BEings who are helping you :-)

Energy healing:
Healing with the Gaia-Now energy modality is again very simple, you don't have to learn any complicated routines, rituals or remember any symbols, you just need to learn to relax and go with the flow.

Let us say someone has a painful knee. To help, place your hands a few inches/cms either side of the persons knee, think Gaia-Now and you will feel the energy start to flow. You might experience heat, tingling or pressure building between your hands. It is nothing to worry about just the energy flowing. You might not be very sensitive to the energy to begin with so you might not feel anything but the person you are using it on probably will.

if you relax you might well sense that your hands need to move closer or further away from the knee, or your hands might be drawn to different locations to allow the energy to flow more effectively.

Just go with the flow, you should feel the flow of the energy slow down and stop. At this point ask if you need to move to a new area, if so, you will be guided to a new area, etc.

Just relax and go with the flow, there is no right or wrong way to do it and you can't give someone too much. There is no set timing for healing, it takes as long as it takes, just be patient and let it happen.

When you have finished, please remember to disconnect yourself energetically from the healee, just state your intention to disconnect and wash your hands, that is it finished.

Remote healing:
Again there is really nothing complicated about this, all that is required is a reordering of the way you think. Normally we perceive distance as something we have to work towards or move to achieve.

This is not true in Spirit. The energy BEings that we work through do not have a physical body, so to them there is no distance. Being energy BEings of pure consciousness, they perceive everything as one.

Through them we can access this oneness and work wherever we like.

To heal someone who is not physically present you connect to the person through the energy. Start by connecting to the energy (think Gaia-Now). Once you feel the energy flowing, state your intention to connect to (the name of the person) at (their address/location if known) and wait for a sense of the connection.

Once you feel the connection ask permission of the persons higher self to give them healing. If you receive a NO then simply do not give healing at this time, try again later if you are still convinced that it is right to give them healing.

If you receive a positive response then proceed the same as you would if they are there in front of you, they are actually there in the energy so go ahead and perform your healing.

Please remember to disconnect yourself energetically from the healee, just state your intention to disconnect and wash your hands, that is it you are now finished.

Self Healing:
Self healing with the Gaia-Now energy modality can be achieved very simply during your Gaia-Now meditation, when you trigger it, just ask for healing or whatever else you need to receive during the meditation.

You can also self scan and treat yourself if the above method seems to simple for you :-)

Passing on the attunement:
Again, this is a simple thing to do, there are no complicated rituals or symbols to get confused over, it can take a little while for your energy system to adjust to the Gaia-Now energy modality, so I recommend you wait 30 days before passing on this attunement.
You use your intention to pass on this attunement which is very easy to do, first you meditate with the energy, use the Gaia-Now meditation and ask to be energetically prepared to pass on the attunement, then when you feel ready just state your intention " I am now ready to pass through me the Gaia-Now energy attunement from Spirit to (name and the address of the recipient if distant) in its original and complete form" and just relax and you will feel the energy flow.

At this point you have made the introduction and can leave the person to receive it themselves, you should sense when it is finishing, if you are there with them have a nice glass of water ready for them OK :-)

Please remember not to try and influence the outcome of this attunement in any way as that is solely between the Gaia-Now energies and the recipients higher self.
