What is a Heart-Seed? …
A Heart-Seed is a combining of heart-sourced symbolic imagery
(using pastel chalk) and Soul-message.
This heart-sourced expression is placed inside a folded A5 holding-card
(See example of a Heart-Seed illustrated
left).
Approximate size of the symbolic-imagery is W11cm
x H8cm and may vary slightly as each drawing is unique to the individual.

How to use a Heart-Seed ...
One way is to softly gaze upon the symbolic imagery whilst
allowing your heart-mind connection to embrace the Soul-message it contains.
You may find that you only need to gaze upon the Seed once and then
it calls for release . . or . . you may feel to keep it for a while.
You may choose to remove the Seed from its' holding
card and make copies so you can place its' vibration in various locations
e.g your work place etc,. You may gently trace over the image with your
fingertips, allowing your senses to absorb its' vibration (Please trace
over the Heart-Seed gently as the symbolic-imagery is drawn using the
art medium of soft pastel chalk). You may even feel to add to the image
or expand the Soul-message if called to do so.
One day your inner-knowing will signal that it is
time to release the Heart-Seeds' vibration into the aethers,
its task now accomplished (and only you will know when that moment will
be) . . using whatever ceremony you feel to, safely burn the
Seed.
Eventhough providing this service gives a great deal
of pleasure, Sharron & Jen would much rather encourage you to access
your own source of wisdom for yourself, because your heart
now requires you to actively behave its
resonance into your life-strategies. The time has come for us all
to enact life through the Grace of our Oneheart,
and to do that, it is necessary we feel and experience light and love
